Her scar would not heal. Every time she thinks of him it bleeds. He did not know it was her; he only saw the green dragon on a wild hunt, attacking his village. Even though she understands this, she could not get his hatred out of her mind, his face, the way he looked at her, the way his sword sliced mercilessly across her flesh as if she was an insignificant monstrosity. That look... she never forgets; she could not forget.
